Finally....house building for 3 years ready to move in!

26th Dec 2009 boxing day, no shopping in but moving house....this is the second time we move house and very soon will be another time for me, hehe moving to husband house. woke up at 4.30am got everything ready then must be at new house at 5.30am. Why so early? chinese good time...moving house also got a lot of pantang. First must bring my past away grandfather into the house then our turn to go in. But my dad need to bring along the rice barrel and throw the rice at each living. We have to bring the boiled water and rice into the kitchen and reheat it..represented we are bringing the luck from the old house to the new house.

haha c Ah Lee face, so lame. We all din have enough sleep the night before becos the stupid electric trip at middle of the night.

 Mans were eating but women were still doing the work in the kitchen. Foo chow tradition, eat long noodle at every special occasion : wedding, birthday, Chinese New Year, move house, baby full moon and etc......and everyone has to eat a boiled egg which I hate the most. I asked y? I dun wanna eat can? Cannot! u must but give me no reason... *sigh*

Barcelona

Dun misundertand, I'm not going to Barcelona is a newly open spanish restaurant, can't wait to try their food cos I'm a fan of spanish Tapas! so on Saturday night I brought my cousin along.  At first the interior is quite impressing with a big wall painting of  flamingo dancer and a pool table at the centre. The atmospher is similar to Soho with very dim light. The kind of lighting really make me difficult to read the menu, and most 'kek xing' is I can't take the picture!!!  Most of the picture I took are dark dark which I can't upload. . .


Hmm...menu is very well designed, the tumb up signs for the dishes really helped me make the order. We (actually I'm the one making all the order)...I ordered famous Paella, Barcelona Pizza, Lamp chop and Barcelona chicken. Only first 2 dishes meet my standard the rest tumb down...


One thing I really wanna complain is the lighting!!! the owner shud make it brigther during dinner time then only dim down. We all were guessing what were we eating, n the lamb chop we can't even see whether is well cook or not until I put into the mouth then I taste the 'FRESHNESS'

Deng Deng~!! this is the tasty Barcelona pizza...I just ordered regular turned out such a big portion

My Public Holiday :(

Public holiday tat i looking forward to end up with moving stuff to new house. Early morning went to pick my cousin from kch from the airport which I have been waiting till 'long neck', then we went to have breakfast, n go home sleep till 1pm. So, I brought my cousin Leena to Sin Sao Pao to have simple lunch cos both of us r dieting....then we went to new house which she was looking forward to see, n also though of helping my mum to clean the house. When we were there, my mum told us that she got not enough cloth for us to use so she asked us to go back n pack some stuff to move to new house and cook the dinner. So here we go, went back home, move the boxes, luckily Shawn was there to bring all those boxes to the car. We tried to fix as many boxes as we can into the car...n this is the result......................

Gift brought from Korea

Whole family including the office staffs went for Korea trip on the 27th Nov. All the people were asking wah~! korea wor..why u dun wanna go? aiya..I have been to korea so I dun want to go again during winter. Then the whole week the office just me and the other 3 staffs working...so enjoy~ can come n leave whenever I want and no working on saturday kekeke...They went holiday in Korea I was holidaying in Miri hahah..Although I didn't go but here are the gifts I got from mama....

Skin care~!! Nowadays most of the gals know Korean is quite famous with their skin care. The big pack in the picture is ginseng mask, it is sososo good, face will not feel sticky after use. The box on the left is compact sunblock, havent use so dunno how it feel. The box on the right is sleeping mask which u can apply it go to sleep and wash in the morning..haha suitable for lazy gal like me. The label said is moisturising and smoothing mask but haven't use can't tell is good or not. And the centre one, everyone knows it.

Deng Deng---!!! here comes the accesories, one of my favourite. This time a lot of hair accesories cos my hair is getting long, need those~! The tiny thing in the small white box is a white gold crystal ring in purple colour ( my mum favourite colour but not me Sshh...) I was thking why she did'nt by pink..

Deng Deng---~!!! accesories, cosmestic and hand mask! Got eye liner (which I already got a lot), earings ( I also have a lot, but I dun mind to have more) the pink box not too sure is eyeshadow or blusher, dun understand any of the description on the box and the round box is brightening powder ( I know becos it got written in English)...

Hmmm...besides gifts from mama, each of the colleuges also gave me little gift which I'm lazy to take picture. One gave me hoisery, 2 gave me earings (again), one gave me chocolate (not so fancy of) and lastly pyjamas. This pyjamas is interesting, she asked tailor in sibu to do it...She said she didn't know what to buy for me and the pyjamas is in Korean customes style, hope i like it...haha I quite like it indeed..

*o*** Birthday~

5th of December, *o*** birthday...but this cake was eaten on the 4th becos he sosososos wanna have a BBQ party with his fellow friends...Therefore  it had to sacrifice one day earlier...poor cake     :(  You see the cream, isn't it look like 'mao mao' haha....so cute and taste nice too..not too sweet. At first I was worried can't finish the cake but so surprise it taste so good n everyone wanted another piece. Normally birthday cake 1 piece is more than enough but this one here 'special'.

On the 5th, just 2 of us, we decided to go fratini to celebrate the exact birth-day. He ordered a garlic bread with wild mushroom soup (see the picture) and salmon steak (just realised haven't take picture but we have finished it up), I ordered a pizza (see the picture below) and apple pie with ice-cream for dessert.

Here come the is the pizza...deng deng!! Look like tasty but actually not. half is chicken with pineapple and the other half is seafood..., was thinking to try a new favour but regreted, nextime i better stick with beef pepperoni.

This is my christmas present which I received in advance. How sweet it is that he bought this present by videocall me n let me choose which one i want. You all must be curious of wat is it inside, but obviously is something related to skin care or cosmetic. Well...it is a set of Shu Uemura (which is my favourite brand) cosmetic brushes specially for christmas season!!! For those who dun buy now will not get it again other time~~ I always wanted to have a set of branded brushes but never make up my mind to get one cos is expensive and at the bottom of my heart is waiting someone to buy me one...heheh. u know la always stingy and think wisely when use own money to buy one. hmm....now i'm thinking whether i will get another present on christmas day haha......(太过分了！！）

This is wat inside the box..a cute little bag. It is really nice where u can put other little things inside together with the brush when go travel...I just love it. Normally i just dump all my brushes together with those cosmetic into a bag and my brushes all spoilt. Now I got this bag!! kekeke
